Plyometrics exercises are great for tennis and can be performed anywhere. Plyometrics uses your body weight instead of weights, bands or other accessories. Plyometric exercises are powerful aerobic exercises used to increase your speed, endurance, and strength. They require you to exert your muscles to their maximum potential in short periods of time.

Lunge Set- Split squats (12 ea leg), Lateral Squat (12 ea leg), Cross behind lunge

Lateral band walks

Monster band walks-forward and backward 25 feet

Power calf flexion high knee hops-both sides laterally

Double Medicine ball slams 4x then lateral band walks

Hip raises

Weighted sit up

Lateral kettle bell lunges

Post work out stretch

Advanced footwork-hop step, inside step, gallop step
